Creamy Legit Vla Vanilla Flower Cake Recipe
- Skin Dough:
- 100 ml water
- 50 g margarine
- 65 g wheat flour
- 2 chicken eggs
- 250 ml liquid milk
- 40 g sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 15 g wheat flour
- 15 g cornstarch
- 1 tbsp butter
- Vanilla paste to taste
- Fruit to taste, cut into pieces
How to Make Vanilla Vla Flower eclairs:
- Skin Dough: Bring water and margarine to a boil in a saucepan. After boiling, reduce the heat.
- Add flour, mix well until lumpy. Cook for about 2 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat, cool.
- Add the eggs one by one while stirring until smooth.
- Put the mixture into a piping bag with a flower syringe.
- Spray onto a flat baking sheet with a petal shape.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for 30 minutes. Remove and cool.
